Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

I wanted to do it for myself, to gain confidence, and to have pictures for my husband

What was your favorite part of the session?

I enjoyed getting pampered and feeling beautiful!

What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

It was so helpful looking at myself in a different light. I don't feel so self conscious about my body. It showed me that yes, big girls can be sexy too! Seeing some of those pictures made me think, wow, that's really me?! I LOVED the reaction from my husband as well. He said now you can see what I've always seen.

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

I don't really know what I was expecting. I knew some of the positions were going to be hard work.. but I was getting a bit hot at the end! Joanna gave good directives and I was expecting that.

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

The best part I think was just the idea of it! The pictures, the results - amazing. It was fun, challenging (in a good way), and something I've NEVER done before.

Is there anything extra you would like to tell us?

Everyone should do this at some point. It's worth it.
