Our Privacy Policy

Since boudoir is so intimate and personal, I want to protect your privacy as much as possible. It’s as important to me as it is to you. I have in place a policy and certain safeguards, which are listed below to make sure that your photos and/or any other personal information are protected.

Identity Protection

All communication (phone, email, text, etc.) will be kept confidential.  I will never disclose the identity of my clients or the names of those in my photos unless it has been approved by the client.  No names will ever be associated with any of the photos I take, whether or not they are showcased on the website.

I also take the time to secure your personal information, such as your address, email, phone number, or payment information. This information is never given away or sold to any third parties, and is safeguarded to prevent identity theft.

Use of Images on Website

All of the images used on my website are used with explicit permission from the client.  You have the right to keep all images private and to not allow their use on the website at any time.  I will never use a photo without your consent, and I will only use the photos after a model release form has been signed.
